The CUTTING MACHINE SP101 V BLADE is a highly versatile machine and has been designed to meet production needs in many sectors.
 
Using the CUTTING MACHINE SP101 V BLADE keyboard it is possible to set and modify the cutting, dragging timing and the number of pieces to be processed in order to adapt them to production needs while maintaining a high level of quality of the product processed.
 
The CUTTING MACHINE SP101 V BLADE is equipped with a tempered steel blade with widia plate, guillotine cut and a cutting opening of 50 wide and 20 mm high.

Workable products:

  • Single core cable from 0.1 to 16 mm2
  • Multi-pole cable up to 5 × 1.5 mm2
  • Tubes, vipla or heat shrink tubing and other materials or wires
It is not suitable for cutting abrasive or flat materials.
 
 
The accuracy of the length of the cut depends on how the material enters the machine.
 
The CUTTING MACHINE SP101 V BLADE is also equipped with an interchangeable CUTTING BLADE.
 
According to your needs it is possible to modify or create STEEL CUTTING BLADES, TEMPERED STEEL BLADES, WIDIA BLADES and other materials with GUILLOTINE CUTTING SYSTEMS or V CUT and other types, all according to specific needs thus allowing the processing of different types of METAL CABLE, SHEATHS, ELECTRIC WIRES, TUBES, SINGLE AND MULTI-POLE ELECTRIC CONDUCTORS, FLAT CABLES, METAL CABLES, HEAT SHRINKABLE SHEETS, FLATS AND TUBES.
 
In cases where high measurement accuracy is required, it is advisable to combine it with one of our UNWINDERS.
